The Publishing Dashboard provides the information and links you need to manage your disclosures and purchase vouchers for publishing to the Prior Art Database and The IP.com Journal. It offers a centralized view of your recent disclosures, voucher details, and related resources to help streamline the publishing process. Use the dashboard to understand your voucher requirements, stay organized, and ensure smooth, timely submissions.
Access Publishing
To start publishing, visit https://publish.ip.com and sign in with your IP.com account. The publishing Dashboard displays.
Navigation
1 To manage your submissions and monitor their progress, open the Dashboard tab. From there, you can view your available vouchers and conveniently purchase additional Publishing or Page Print vouchers online.
2 The Recent Disclosures displays a table of your latest submissions, with drafts shown first and then sorted by date. Each entry includes the title, page count, file size, and publication status, such as Published, Draft, Pending, or Print Only. To view the full list of your recent disclosures, select View All.
3 The Publishing Vouchers section includes a chart outlining how many vouchers are required to publish a document in the Prior Art Database. These vouchers support your submission by covering online publication, paper printing in The IP.com Journal, and inclusion on the Journal’s optical disc. To purchase additional vouchers, select Buy More.
4 To publish a disclosure, click Publish Disclosure. For further details, view the article, Publishing Disclosures to the Prior Art Database (PAD).
5 The Voucher Summary section displays the number of publishing and page print vouchers available on your account. From this section, you can also access the Vouchers page to purchase additional vouchers. If any vouchers are nearing expiration, an alert will appear with an option to extend them.

Contact Support
6 At any time while using Defensive Publishing or PAD, you can contact support or submit feedback by clicking the
text bubble in the lower right-hand corner of your screen. You will receive an email confirmation of your request. Our customer Support Team responds to most messages within one business day.
Launch PAD and other IP.com applications
7 To switch between InnovationQ publishing and PAD searching while signed-in, click on Launch App in the top navigational toolbar. Alternatively, you can access your available applications by selecting My Account from your Account menu in the upper-right corner.
